forgotten cappuccino cold room
the free mini bar was acceptable.
the cappuccino was forgotten and the waiter suggested i use the coffee machine. that is not the attitude i expected from a 5-star hotel. in january, it was noisy and cold in the room. I had to turn off the conditioner.

excellent Club Lounge experience
good drinks helpful staff
the staff in the club lounge offered good drinks. vivien, angel, karen and issac helped me . they provided guidance on visiting the city, including bus and mtr train routes. this assistance prevented me from getting lost.
I had one in-room dining issue. i ordered food and cappuccino, but the latter was forgotten. the waiter suggested i make my own coffee with the in-room machine. The offered coffee was different and not the expected service from a high-quality hotel.

the club 36 king room city view was spacious it had large windows providing ample natural light the housekeeping service was punctual ensuring a clean environment i found the minibar well stocked with complimentary beverages and snacks the bed was comfortable facilitating restful sleep. the restaurants onsite offered diverse dining options and excellent cuisine the concierge service was helpful with local information and transportation arrangements i liked the rooftop pool area with its comfortable loungers and panoramic city views. the staff provided attentive service

The staff members was professional and helpful. I had a awesome room on floor 24. It had a magnificent view. I appreciated the free breakfast, high tea, and cocktails. The food was bountiful.
The lady answered my call didn't answer my question and only said 'thank you for your call and goodbye'. This was bad.
